My life with Mia

Mia has brought our family such joy! She has reconfirmed the love I have for Blake and has brought Emily and Katie closer together. She is a constant reminder to our family of our Savior's love. We have been blessed with another spirit daughter, to guide and love.

One of the most rewarding experiences I have had with Mia is being able to nurse. Nothing compares to pride that you feel when you know that you are sustaining your baby. That are growing and thriving from your milk supply! She's too little to speak but when I stare into her tiny eyes I can feel that she is grateful. Like she knows the sacrifice that it truly is and she is appreciative. When Katie is impatient for her favorite juice in the fridge, Emily needs to run through her popcorn words, and I'm in desperate need of a pedicure, it would a lot easier to throw in the towel. The connecingt between Mia and I is so powerful, it's feels exhilarating! When it's time to wean her off my breastmilk, I'll definately be searching for something to continue building our bond. Mia mommy loves you so much.
