Kickin' off summer time

The girls have been counting down the days till opening day at Hawaiian Falls, it's a water park here in Mansfield. Emily even went as far as to tell here teacher all about it! We woke up around 7 am, to Katie and Emily dancing and singing! I had set out to make a extravagant lunch, cucumber salad or whatever! Time got away from us (funny how often that happens now that we have Mia) and we had only 15 minutes to get out the door. Hawaiian Falls season pass holders are allowed to enter the park 30 minutes before general admission. So we were in a real hurry to get the best seats! Blake got the girls ready, while I packed our things. Which leads me to the reason why I decided to write this post. Katie ran into my bedroom as said "Mommy, put on your baby soup." I am so grateful to have Katie! She is so lively and rambunctious! I was going to shoot a picture of the girls by the van but we ran out of time.
