Everyday happenings

I was going 90 miles to nothing today! I was expecting a guest for dinner, so I had a lot on my plate. Mia is a very affectionate baby, she loves to be close to Blake and I. She reminds me of Emily, it's very tempting to just hold her all day. Unfortunately, for me she wanted to cuddle while I was fixing our before dinner snack. Feeling frustrated I strapped her on and prayed that she would settle so I wouldn't get behind. I didn't sing to her let along look at her! I just expected her to fit into my busy schedule! I was determined! Then all a sudden I heard a familiar sound! I looked down and this is what I saw. A beautiful baby wanted nothing else but attention from her mom! I need to slow it down!
