Emily's 1st Ballet Class

Emily started her ballet class today, we were so excited for her. Blake was even able to make it, it was fun sharing the experience with him. I didn't know how far to take it, we wanted to keep everything very simple. She said that she wanted a bun in her hair and her favorite butterfly hair clip. She looked absolutely beautiful, so grown up. I felt a little emotional, I guess because she's actually starting to show interests in activities. We got up this morning and had a balanced breakfast. I told Emily "you know ballerinas who eat all of their oatmeal dance extra special ." I've never seen her eat so fast! She told her father and I after class that she was "a true ballerina now." It couldn't have gone better! Thanks to everyone that made this possible! We love you!
