Today was Emily's last day of pre-school her teacher Ms. Ashley threw her and her classmates an end of the year party. They played colors & shapes bingo, Emily practical screamed Bingo!!! She said goodbye to all of her friends, it was so cute! I think she doesn't realize how many she's going to miss it.
Every Thursday Emily worked on a bible pages corresponding to the letter she was learning that week. Ms. Ashley bound it all together and Emily was able to take it home, she is very proud of her book. I know next years is going to be here before we know it and then KINDERGARTEN! Oh my! I'm not ready for my little girl to grow up!
I have decided to begin a tradition with our kids. For each of our children I'm going to put together a book of all of their work from they're first year of school. I've posted pics of what I came up with, I thought I'd share just in case anyone is interested in doing to same. In the book I stuck notes from Ms. Ashley, lunchbox letters, and pictures taken at all the different events. On the backside I pasted a letter that Blake and I wrote Emily. She really dug it!
